Today was a very typical fall day. The sun was out and the breeze was blowing making it the perfect cool temperature. Jack woke me up and told me to make him some pancakes....so we called Fatz and asked him to cook us some breakfast! We then went for a little walk and came back to a HUGE pile of leaves. Jack and Fatz spent the next thirty minutes jumping in them and having the best time. It is so sweet to see Jack and my dad play together. I am not sure which one has more fun! Then they spent the next hour blowing leaves into the woods and throwing/kicking the football down the hill and rolling down after it! Jack was really tired so he took an afternoon nap. When he woke up, Fatz built a fire in the chimenea (sp?) and we played outside some more. It was a great way to start the week!!!! Yeah for FALL WEATHER!

Wow...how fun! We dont have that many leave around here (probably because we dont have that many trees!) Sure looks like Jack had fun though. I can't believe he is almost 2! So cute!
How beautiful! Wish we had beautiful trees and leaves to play in! Happy fall!
